Credit Card Policy

• In-Store Transactions:
  • Charges over $2,000 will incur a 3% processing fee.​
• Over-the-Phone Transactions:
  • All charges will incur a 6% processing fee.​
• Online Payments:
  • Customers are encouraged to use our QuickPay portal for secure transactions: QuickPay Portal.​

Return & Refund Policy

• Return Window:
  • Items can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.​
• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.​
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.​
• Non-Returnable Items:
  • Opened, activated, or installed software or hardware.​
  • Special order products.
• Restocking Fees:
  • A 40% restocking fee applies to special orders and labor/installation costs.​
• Refund Process:
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.​
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, issued as a check, or provided as in-store credit.​
  • We reserve the right to exchange the item for a similar product.​
• Shipping Costs:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.​
  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.​
• Discretion:
